Shipping

This policy describes how EIKEN (WILD BLOOM & CO) ships the orders placed on eikenshop.com. Shipping conditions differ depending on whether the product is an EIKEN own-brand item or a third-party brand.

EIKEN own-brand products

EIKEN own-brand items (leather and canvas bags and backpacks) are shipped worldwide with free delivery. Estimated delivery time is indicated at checkout and in your confirmation email.

Third-party brands

Products from the partner brands we distribute are shipped to France, to a pickup point (point relais), and delivery is offered from €60 of third-party-brand products in the basket. Below this amount, or for destinations outside France, the shipping cost and options are displayed at checkout before payment.

Processing and tracking

Orders are usually prepared within 1 to 2 business days. Once shipped, you receive a tracking link by email. Delivery times are estimates and may vary with the carrier and destination.

Customs and duties

For destinations outside the European Union, any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
