STREAM Zipper Backpack 16": no roll-top, the 16-inch comes out the top with one zip.

The STREAM Zipper Backpack 16" is a 23-litre waterproof Sandqvist backpack in PU-coated recycled polyester, closed with YKK Aquaguard zips instead of a roll-top. When you get to the office in the rain, you open the laptop compartment from the top without touching anything else. In the evening, the big front pocket opens from top to bottom: headphones and keys are right there in front of you.

23 litres: a day at the office, and trainers for the evening.

The main compartment opens from the top, with a two-way zip; inside, a zipped pocket keeps the small things. On the front, the big pocket opens from top to bottom, and a 15 cm gusset holds its contents in when it's open. At the sides, two open pockets take a water bottle.

Yes, it's waterproof: with PU-coated recycled polyester and YKK Aquaguard waterproof zips, it keeps your things dry in the rain. It's made for rain, not for being submerged.

STREAM Zipper 16" or STREAM Rolltop L?

The Zipper opens with a zip, no roll-top: 23 litres, 720 g, and the laptop comes out the top without opening anything else. The Rolltop L, 34 litres for 800 g, closes with a roll-top and has a chest strap; to take the laptop out, you have to unroll the top. Both are waterproof and take a 16-inch.

Can I take the STREAM Zipper 16" in the cabin?

As a cabin bag, its 50 × 32 × 15 cm fits the 55 × 40 × 20 cm (Ryanair) and 55 × 35 × 25 cm (Air France) limits. Under the seat, no: its 50 cm height is over the free small bag (40 × 30 × 20 cm on Ryanair, 45 × 36 × 20 cm on easyJet). Size limits checked in October 2026: check with your airline.
