No, it's water-resistant: the fabric copes with light rain and everyday splashes. In steady rain, water eventually gets through; a pouch for anything that mustn't get wet is all you need.

Yes: the LEATHER Lid Backpack 16" is the Hege, reworked and renamed.

Does the LEATHER Lid 16" fit under the seat on a plane?
