Can I take the GRID Shoulder Bag in the cabin?

Not under the seat: at 44 × 40 cm it's bigger than the free small bag (40 × 30 × 20 cm on Ryanair, 45 × 36 × 20 cm on easyJet). As a cabin bag, its 44 × 40 × 18 cm fits the 55 × 40 × 20 cm limit (Ryanair), but its 40 cm width is over the 55 × 35 × 25 cm one (Air France).
