Returns
Before considering a return, please contact us by email at info@eikenshop.com, we will be happy to help you, your satisfaction being our primary objective. Also, we'll notify you the return address. 


Our "satisfied or refunded" policy lasts 14 days after delivery day. If 14 days have passed since the delivery of your purchase, we, unfortunately, cannot offer you a refund or exchange. Every item sent after will be sent back.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in its original packaging with its "EIKEN" tag.


To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase (an invoice for example).


Refunds (if applicable)

 

Once your return is received and inspected by us, we will send you an email to notify you of the receipt of your returned item. We will also inform you if your refund is approved or rejected.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method, within a certain number of days. If this is not the case, the product will be returned to you.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not yet received a refund, check your bank account first. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you have done all this and still haven't received your refund, please contact us at info@eikenshop.com


Exchanges (if applicable)
We do not replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@eikenshop.com


Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the item is returned, a gift certificate will be sent to you by mail.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the principal has had the order shipped to you for delivery later, we will send a refund to the principal and he will discover your return.


Shipping Fees & Returns :

- For a defective product - factory defect - we obviously take care of the costs

- Regarding a return, because you are not satisfied, you are responsible for paying your own shipping costs.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping worldwide an item, you should consider using a tracking shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
