The Mountain Hydro Hip Pack is the Topo Designs hiking bum bag: 4.4 litres of recycled nylon ripstop weighing 360 g, and two stretch pockets that each hold a 650 ml bike bottle, cinched by a drawcord. On the trail, the belt tightens at the side and the moulded back panel stays snug against you. On the bike or at the foot of a climb, water stays within reach and your hands stay free.

What fits inside

4.4 litres and two bottles: a day's walking without a backpack.

On each side, a stretch pocket takes a bike bottle of up to 650 ml and cinches with a drawcord. The main compartment and the accessory pocket close with a zip, and there's another zipped pocket on the side. On the front, a bungee cord and adjustable straps hold whatever won't fit inside.
