Product was great, communication is pants

The bag is great, really thick canvas and leather and lovely construction.

However, from the moment I put it in my basket I was absolutely spammed with emails. Emails asking if I forgot something in my basket, emails promoting the product id already bought. I get something like 5 in two days. Sort out your marketing because I considered cancelling an "obvious scam" before it showed up...

Customer for life.

I now own six bags from Eiken, I am a massive fan of the brand and the beautiful vintage bags you sell. The customer service and experience is effortless and your always communicating with the customer on when their orders will be delivered. I like the different bags that you sell and you definitely have a customer for life.
