La qualité du sac est bien au dessus de ce que l'on pourrait en attendre, surtout par rapport au prix.
Les finitions sont impeccables, le cuir est de bonne qualités et les coutures sont solides et esthétique.
Le service client à été très réactif lorsque j'ai tâché de les joindre (réponses en 10 min à 19h00) et ils envoient en plus des consignes pour bien prendre soin du sac selon le type de cuir.
