Returns & Exchanges

If you wish to return or exchange an item, we recommend contacting us first by email at info@eikenshop.com. Our team will provide you with the appropriate instructions to ensure smooth and timely processing.

In accordance with European consumer law, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from the day of delivery. At Eiken Shop, we extend this right and offer a 30-day return and exchange period from the delivery date.

Returns requested after this 30-day period cannot be accepted. Any parcel sent beyond this timeframe will be returned to the customer at their expense.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must:

  • Be unused and in brand-new condition
  • Have all original tags attached
  • Be returned without damage

The original product packaging must be intact. The outer shipping box may be opened or replaced, as long as the product arrives undamaged.

Customised or embossed products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

How to Return an Item

To ensure faster processing, we strongly recommend contacting us before sending your return. Unannounced returns may still be accepted if they meet the eligibility requirements, but can result in processing delays of up to 1–2 weeks.

Please include one of the following inside your parcel to help us identify your order quickly:

  • A printed invoice, or
  • A paper with your order number clearly written

Please note that if a parcel is refused, returned to sender, or held at a pickup point and not collected, a fee of €15 will be deducted from the refund.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email of its approval or rejection. Approved refunds are processed within 3 to 5 business days.

Refunds include all payments received, including standard outbound shipping costs. Additional costs related to express or priority shipping are not refunded.

Please note that depending on your payment provider or bank, the refunded amount may take several additional days to appear on your account.

If a return is rejected due to non-compliance with the conditions above, the item will either be returned to you at your expense or held at our warehouse pending your instructions.

Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted within the same timeframe as returns. Exchanges are processed via store credit, allowing you to choose the same or a different product.

If the new item is more expensive, the price difference will be payable by the customer. If it is less expensive, the difference will be refunded.

Shipping conditions for exchanged items follow the same rules as the original order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged item or an incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible. In such cases, we will provide a replacement at no cost and cover the return shipping.

Return Shipping Costs

For returns due to a change of mind, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

If a return parcel is lost or damaged during transit, no refund can be issued.

International Returns (Outside the European Union)

When returning items from outside the European Union, any import fees, customs duties or taxes charged upon delivery of the return will be deducted from the refund.

We do not provide prepaid return labels, DDP services, or customs paperwork for international returns. These procedures remain the responsibility of the customer.
