Return Policy


Before considering a return, please contact us by email at, we will be happy to help you to address the issue and we'll provide you with all the details and the form you need to send back your item, your satisfaction being our primary objective.

Our "satisfied or refunded" policy lasts 14 days after delivery day. If 14 days have passed since the delivery of your purchase, we, unfortunately, cannot offer you a refund or exchange. Every item sent after that time period will be sent back (at the customer expenses).

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the "brand new condition" (used bag won't be accepted). It must also be in its original packaging with its "EIKEN" tag.

Customised product cannot be returned under any circumstances.

To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase (an invoice for example) with the parcel or by mail so we can identify your purchase and refund you as soon as possible.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected by us, we will send you an email to notify you of the receipt of your returned item. We will also inform you if your refund is approved or rejected. Also it is required to send us the tracking number of your returned parcel so that we can follow the return process easily.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs arising from the fact that you have chosen, where applicable, a delivery method other than the less expensive standard delivery method offered by us - Express or Priority Shipping).

If the returned is rejected because one of the above conditions were not respected, the product will be returned to you, at your expense or left in our warehouse waiting for instruction from your part

Late or missing refunds

If you have not yet received a refund, check your bank account first. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.Then contact your bank. If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the item is returned, a gift certificate will be sent to you by mail.If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the principal has had the order shipped to you for delivery later, we will send a refund to the principal and he will discover your return.

Shipping Fees & Returns :

Regarding a return, you are responsible for paying your own shipping costs.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item from outside of France, you should consider using a tracking shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. The item has to be shipped to our local company address or to the address given by our customer team. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. If your returned parcel is damaged or lost during the transit, no refund will be issued.

Important if considering returning a product from outside the UE:

The seller cannot be held responsible for any additional costs, import fees or taxes that may be applied when returning goods. If such cost are asked during the delivery of your return, these costs will be deducted from the refund automatically. These additional costs may arise when returning products from outside the European Union.
