When I ordered the YUKON backpack I accidentally chose the color beige instead of black, so I contacted the customer service and they fixed the issue in no time. I received my black backpack and loved it! I use it for my everyday commute, but I'm sure it'll be great for hiking as well!

Sac pas encore testé mais...

Bonjour
Le sac a été offert à Noël (hier donc), et n'a pas encore été testé. La qualité semble bien présente.
Cependant on a trouvé plusieurs choses à l'intérieur : mouchoirs papier, lingettes (périmées), chewing-gum, etc.
Vu leur état, on ne sait pas trop si c'était un cadeau ou si le sac avait déjà servi. Ma compagne, à qui j'ai offert le sac, n'a pas apprécié.
Je ne suis pas sûr qu'elle voudra l'utiliser.

backpack straps

The backpack is a great quality however the straps would be more beneficial if they were a little more tighter where you can adjust them. They fall and slip alittle and make it a little tough when they keep falling down while walking.

Spacious and practical

The Yukon backpack has great features and is suited well for everyday life as well as weekend trips. On the inside it has a laptop compartment as well as two small smartphone sized pockets besides the spacious main compartment. I expected the zipper on the side of the front pocket to go to another pocket than the latch above, but both openings go to the same pocket.
I got into heavy rain yesterday and the leather straps gave off a bit of color, which is the reason I'm only giving 4 and not 5 stars.

As you have leather parts on your backpack, we don't advise you to put your backpack in the washing machine or to completely immerge it water.

For the canvas fabric, we recommend you to use a soft cloth with lukewarm water and mild soft to preserve the fabric.

As it is waxed canvas, you can make sure the wax is well applied by heating it with a hairdryer (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=J2dqBjQ5er0). We sell beewax bar if you need to re-wax your bag. Let it dry overnight with fresh air.
