Great school bag

Made a rlly good school bag and fit my remarkeble snuggly in the laptop case. Only thing is if the bag could've came with extention clips for the locking buckles at the top bc sometimes it's a bit hard to close the bag (maybe just 2L of space would also be nice but it isn't really that needed). Otherwise I completely loved the bag since, it just fit my things so well with the designated pockets and all. Also the colour is very compfy to me.

Love this bag, very sturdy with lots of useful pockets, and the roll-down top is good because if you choose *not* to roll it down you have lots of extra storage capacity! Minus 1 star because the metal fastenings are quite sharp and I cut my finger on one of them. Have ground them down with a metal file now.

Great but way too big

This bag is great quality, a really good product, however the straps are very wide, and as a petite female it was much too big for me to wear. The process of returning it was a bit complicated, with several conditions ie must be returned in original packaging. Ad the UK is no longer in the EU, a customs declaration was also needed, and I needed to ask to find out how to fill it in. Having shipped it back a week ago Ive not yet heard anything, and it's unclear who pays for the return shipping. Its a new experience for me to buy from an eu shop online post-brexit, which I probably wont do again. A returns label would make it easier.

C'est mon partenaire de rando et il est très confortable au niveau du dos, dommage que les grandes lanières en haut du sac ne sont pas ajustables car quand le sac est trop plein on ne peut pas rabaisser les lanières pour le fermer...
