I am in LOVE. The quality of this backpack is absolutely outstanding- sturdy waxed cotton, perfectly sized for all my electronics and ideal for uni. First backpack (and I had way too many to count) that feels practically tailored to my back and shoulders. Feels secure and is SO comfortable. Bear in mind the flaps are magnetic- I think thats a brilliant solution of practicality vs aesthetic (I once had a full buckle backpack and it was an absolute nightmare to open and close). It has a smooth zipper under the flap so it works perfectly.
Will absolutely come back to shop at Eiken if i ever need any other items- much much recommended.
Worth mentioning- I am based in the UK and i was aware that the shipping will take anywhere between 10 and 15 days to arrive but the backpack arrived within 7 days and I was so stoked, phenomenal experience alltogether

Me encantó la mochila. Tiene mucho espacio, le cabe perfectamente una botella de agua de 800ml. Mi computadora es de 16" y cabe perfectamente, incluso le queda espacio a los lados. El material es rigido porque viene protegido para lluvias leves. Tiene mucho espacio pero no es suficiente para que sea un equipaje de mano.

This is my first canvas backpack and I wasn't disappointed with this one. It is spacious and has good amount of pockets. The leather is genuine but this type scratches easily, hope it will look good over time. They are also very responsive to my concerns. Got it after 5 weeks tho, but I think it's the local courier's fault.

Big and strong backpack perfect for adventures (I've brought it to the mountains) but also for school or university. Pc fits in. A reusable water bottle and a small umbrella fit on the sides. Pockets are comfortable too. Highly recommended!

This backpack is true to the pictures and we can see that's a high quality product. The only minor problem would be that it's quite large for a 5'2" girl like me because of the rectangular shape but I think that's okay ; it wouldn't make me regret my order at all. It has large capacity, you can fit many things in it, a specific padded area for your laptop and many zipped pocket in the inside. This backpack is just awersome and the support service is so well informed and reassuring. I recommend with eyes closed !

Such a high quality product- I could not be more pleased with it! I always worry when buying things online (in case they are not as they appear) but I had no reason to be here. The bag is beautiful and a few people in my family have commented how much they'd love one to. I will be back for gifts!

Perfect quality and design!

The quality and materials are fine. The functionality is good as well. The only thing that frustrates me on a daily basis and honestly makes me regret that I can’t return it - is the “quick‑release” mechanism. The tolerance is extremely small; it has to be pressed together very precisely, and in real life, especially when you’re in a hurry, it often doesn’t work as it should.

And subjectively, when you open those “fake” straps, they look like a cheap Chinese knock‑off (I admit I knew about this before buying).

Overall, it’s an OK product with OK quality, but the online photos and the real‑life experience with this backpack are two very different things.

The bag itself is very nice but when I used it for the first time the zipper broke. Now the zipper opens when trying to zip it closed. All I had was a laptop, charger, book and pencil case. So not anything heavy duty. Unfortunate that the rest of the bag is up to standard but the zippper is very cheap.

Le sac a dos est juste sublime, mon conjoint l'adore.

l'aspect est beau mais la toile un peu trop raide , il est plus encombrant et lourd et moins fonctionnel que ce que je prévoyais... malmené par la livraison, completement plié pour quil rentre dans la boite au lieu de venir me la déposer chez moi ( alors que j'étais chez moi .. )

The bag is nice, but the buckles are not functional. I am handy, so I will fix this. But having a magnetic clasp will likely be frustrating for anyone actually using this for electronics or actual travel. Magnets are a terrible choice all around.
