US Buyers Beware

I made a terrible mistake in ordering from Eiken to the US. Once I had the backpacks in hand and could see how they were designed, I found them impractical: not enough divisions in interior space and no easy phone access.
However returning was going to cost as much as the product, so I will try to sell on EBay. Beautiful product but not effectively available in states.
