Great product and service

When I ordered the YUKON backpack I accidentally chose the color beige instead of black, so I contacted the customer service and they fixed the issue in no time. I received my black backpack and loved it! I use it for my everyday commute, but I'm sure it'll be great for hiking as well!

Spacious and practical

The Yukon backpack has great features and is suited well for everyday life as well as weekend trips. On the inside it has a laptop compartment as well as two small smartphone sized pockets besides the spacious main compartment. I expected the zipper on the side of the front pocket to go to another pocket than the latch above, but both openings go to the same pocket.
I got into heavy rain yesterday and the leather straps gave off a bit of color, which is the reason I'm only giving 4 and not 5 stars.
